Text Box: Is your address up to date with the office of the Secretary or Recorder? Are you planning a move? Want your newsletter sent to a winter address? If any of these apply please call the office at 740-774-3485 and let me know. Wrong addresses on our database creates a real issue. For example, when a Brother, Companion or Sir Knight is sent a dues statement, and the address is incorrect, it necessitates three separate mailings. When that occurs, and if it involved just 10% of our membership, the costs to the fraternity would be $199.26 annually. Of note is the newsletter is sent third class. If the address is incorrect the post office does not forward it to the recipients new address. Help this office to be a good steward of your funds. Thank you. William Bennett
