Text Box: The first issue of commemorative items purchased in honor of the 200th Anniversary of Scioto Lodge #6 F. & A. M., was made November 22, 2005 at the Installation of officers.  
The second issue will be made at the 200th Anniversary Re-Consecration, Saturday, February 4, 2006. Each member of the lodge, in attendance, will be presented with both items at no cost. Additional pins and coins are available for purchase at a cost of $5.00 each. Members who have not been issued their commemoratives, and who reside out of town, may request arrangements to have the pin and coin mailed to them by submitting a check or money order in the amount of $2.50 to cover cost of shipping and handling. Any member who has not received their commemoratives may pick them up at the office any Monday or Tuesday between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.

Text Box: In this age of communication, many petitioners have email accessibility. To this end when you, as a sponsor, provide a petition to a perspective candidate, please encourage him to include his email address on the petition.  The Lodge Education Officer remains the primary contact between the candidate and the Worshipful Master in scheduling degree work. However, the tools of communication can be vastly improved with the addition of email for the use of the Lodge Education Officer and the Secretary of the Lodge. Sometimes telephone messages don’t reach the intended recipient for a variety of reasons. Email is a vital tool to “reach out Text Box: Good luck on your Saturday degree work.
