Text Box: Dear Worshipful Brother Cyrus,
It was my pleasure to be the District Deputy [Grand Master ] selected to inspect Scioto Lodge #6 F. & A. M. , on January 5, 2007. The evening began, as always with much fellowship and a great meal. The opening and introductions went well and the evening was even more enjoyable with the presence of Right Worshipful Brother Ronald L. Winnett, Deputy Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Ohio [in attendance]. Although there were a few nervousness related errors, Scioto Lodge #6 F. & A. M. officers portrayed the Master Mason Degree well. It was an honor to present two of your Brethren with fifty-year service awards.
I was particularly impressed with the officer delivering their respective lines loudly and deliberately for all to hear. This makes the evening memorable for brethren who attend lodge who may have some difficulty hearing the work. Brother Gary Wheeler delivered the Master Mason Degree lecture very well and did a great job with the Educational Talk. Worshipful Brother Alvin DePugh gave a very reverent and beautiful Bible Presentation which I believe the candidate will always remember every time he opens the Holy Scripture. These are but a few of the examples of the quality work performed by Scioto Lodge #6 F. & A. M.
Thanks again for a memorable evening.

Fraternally

Text Box: Dear Right Worshipful Brother Murphy,
Please find enclosed the Lodge Data sheet and Inspection Report for Scioto Lodge #6 F. & A. M. The inspection was held Friday, January 7, 2007 at Chillicothe, Ohio and was the first inspection in the Seventh Masonic District this year.

The work for the evening was performed in the Master Mason Degree. All introductions were performed as per the wishes of our Grand Master [Most Worshipful Brother Michael A. Himes] and the work itself portrayed well. The Lecture of the Degree was flawlessly presented by Brother Gary Wheeler, who himself has only recently become a Master Mason. The Bible presentation was given by Worshipful Brother Alvin DePugh in a very reverent manner and will surely make a lasting impression upon the candidate, Brother Joe Don Curtis.

Right Worshipful Brother Ronald L. Winnett, [Deputy Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Ohio] who was in attendance, gave a brief talk on the historical significance Chillicothe plays in Ohio Masonry .
