Text Box: Menu planning for upcoming events are coming together very nicely.  Sir Knight and Right Worshipful Brother David V. Medert, event chair for the Scottish Rite Banquet March 3, 2004, (see related story) is planning an appetizing menu to be served by Chillicothe Commandery #8. Attendees will be served 8 oz Prime Rib, Baked Potato, Green Beans, Salad with a variety of dressings, Rolls, Dessert and beverage.
Chillicothe Commandery #8 will serve dinner at its Annual Inspection March 20, 2004.  Sir Knights attending the 6:00 pm dinner will dine on Beef Tips served over a bed of Egg Noodles with Mashed Potatoes and gravy with a Green Beans and Corn Medley, Rolls, dessert and Beverage.
April 8, 2004 will be the annual Spaghetti Dinner to benefit Special Olympics. A side salad and French Bread will round out the generous spaghetti dinner presently being chaired by Brother James M. Bell, Scioto Lodge #6 Junior Warden.
Text Box: Scholars, their families and all Masonic guests attending the Annual Scholarship Banquet co-chaired this year by Brother Dan M. Riddle, Scioto Lodge #6 Lodge Education Officer and Worshipful Brother William Bennett, secretary. The menu will consist of a 10 oz Chicken Breast smothered in a brandied demi-glace wild mushroom sauce with Baked Potato, butter and sour cream on the side, a salad with a variety of dressings, Rolls and dessert.
Brother Brad Burns is heading up the 2004 Annual Ladies and Widows Night Banquet.  This banquet honors all widows from all Chillicothe Masonic Bodies.  Special invitations will be mailed about ten days prior to the May 14th event.  Brother Burns will be preparing 4-5 oz Baked Steak with Mashed Potatoes w/gravy, a vegetable medley, cold slaw, with dessert and beverage. Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus Dinner 

Text Box: Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus will be meeting in Chillicothe Wednesday, March 3, 2004 for it annual dinner and business meeting. 
Chillicothe Commandery #8 will be prepare the dinner which will be served at 6:30 pm. The dinner is free to members and potential petitioners.  The Text Box: cost for ladies and guest is $12.00. Prime Rib will be served. Worshipful Brother William Landrum is the appointed Ambassador for the Scottish Rite in Ross and Pike Counties.  Reservations for the dinner were to be made by returning the appropriate response card which was due February 15, 2004. Brother Landrum may be reached at 740-773-4698.
