Text Box: Brother Brad Burns, chairman of the 2004 Chillicothe York Rite Bodies Ladies Night,  will be preparing dinner Friday, May 14, 2004.  The dinner, which will begin at 6:30 pm, is to honor the ladies of all brethren, companions and Sir Knights of Chillicothe Masonic Bodies.  Additionally, it is an opportunity to honor the ladies of our departed brethren.  
An open invitation is extended to all brethren and their ladies or guest. Special invitations will be mailed to all widows on our mailing list and reservations should be confirmed with Brother Burns.

I see that everything has been prepared for your arrival tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing you then! Hope your journey is as uneventful as mine was.

Text Box: A couple from Minneapolis decided to go to Florida to thaw out during one particularly icy winter. They planned to stay at the very same hotel where they spent their honeymoon 20 years earlier. Because of hectic schedules, it was difficult to coordinate their travel schedules. So, the husband left Minnesota and
flew to Florida on Thursday, with his wife flying down the following day. The husband checked into the hotel. There was a computer in his room, so he decided to send an e-mail to his wife. However, he accidentally left out one letter in her e-mail address, and without realizing his error, he sent the e-mail.

A NOTE:  Typically there are additional copies of The Trestle Board on the registration desk in the anti-room just outside the Blue Room.  Please feel free to pick one or more up at the various monthly meetings.  You may present them to prospective petitioners, mail them to friends and family in other regions so they can learn more of what the Masonic Fraternity here in Chillicothe is doing on the local level.  They need not just be discarded when the new edition is published. Let them work for the fraternity.

Text Box: Probably our first and greatest charity, the Ohio Masonic Home maintains the most prestigious place among the efforts of the Grand Lodge.

The beautiful "Home on the Hill" in Springfield, Ohio, continues to build, expand and improve its services to Masons, their wives and widows. It has broadened its work and has become a retirement center for many Masonic families.

An Endowment Fund helps support the Home, and many Masons annually contribute to this Fund by earmarking some extra money when they send their annual dues to the Lodge. Lodge Secretaries then forward this money to the Grand Secretary, who pays it to the Home. Contributions may
